
Established in May 2005, A-List Party Rentals, Inc. is a relatively new business comprised of of professionals who offer a wealth of knowledge to every project and a commitment to exceptional service and quality. Our team has over 60 years of combined experience in the party rental and hotel & restaurant industries in Maryland and DC, which ideally positions us to understand and address virtually every client need.
Having held a variety of high level positions within the hotel and restaurant industry in Maryland and DC, owners Juan and Dorothy Paez provide unique insight into the desires of their clientele. Before forming A-List Party Rentals, Inc. Juan’s professional roles included food and beverage director for a premier Annapolis hotel, executive sous chef, and banquet captain. In almost 30 years of hotel and hospitality industry experience, Dorothy has held general manager and vice president of operations positions for several prominent businesses.
The Paezes enlisted the expertise of Ray Little, A-List's general manager, as they planned to launch their business. Ray has over a decade of experience specific to the event and party rental industry, and his knowledge of the local event market—combined with creative ideas—perfectly complements the Paezes' backgrounds. Putting their vast experience to work, the three launched A-List Party Rentals, Inc. to accommodate the complete event rental needs of businesses and individuals in the metro DC and Baltimore areas, as well as Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
